Thank you for shopping with Slip Smart. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please read the details below.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must return the product within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Please retain your proof of purchase.

Note: Some items may be excluded from returns due to hygiene or customization reasons. See the Exceptions section below.

Return Process

  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team:

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the item for processing.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment without restriction.

  • If the order has not been shipped, you can request cancellation via info@slipsmart.co.uk or WhatsApp/Call.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable items

  • Intimate products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products
